    Mr. Yoshimoto has experience in representing owners, sureties, insurers, contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers/suppliers and design professionals in construction disputes involving simple and complex issues.  He has successfully resolved claims involving construction/design defects, delays and disruptions, differing site conditions, mechanics liens, bond claims and other construction industry related issues.  Mr. Yoshimoto has been a moderator and speaker at construction industry seminars.

    Mr. Yoshimoto has substantial experience resolving claims in a broad spectrum of litigation, commercial, business and real estate law and class action lawsuits.  His experience includes preparing and negotiating business transaction and corporate documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases and subleases and other real estate issues.  He has represented clients resolving actions involving breach of contract, rescission, fraud and damages for undisclosed defects and other business and real estate disputes.

    Mr. Yoshimoto also has experience representing clients on a broad spectrum of environmental issues, including environmental class actions, CERCLA, Hawaii Environmental Response Law and Federal Clean Water Act lawsuits for cost recovery and contribution, as well as insurance defense/coverage for environmental contamination claims.

    Mr. Yoshimoto has been admitted and qualified to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and all Hawaii State Courts.

    Mr. Yoshimoto has completed the mediation program at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at the Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and is an arbitrator in the Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
