    Donna Yoshimoto was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and is 1987 graduate of Punahou School and 1994 graduate of the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law.  Ms. Yoshimoto has represented a broad spectrum of clients in matters ranging from small to large and simple to complex litigation. Her clients are a diverse group including individuals, small businesses, real estate professionals, property managers, design and engineer professionals, construction companies, schools, manufacturers, suppliers, national retailers and insurers.

    Throughout her career, Ms. Yoshimoto has successfully represented clients in

    premises liability, construction disputes, breach of contract, product liability, property damage including fire and flood, personal injury including automobile accidents, death, brain damage, paraplegic cases, food-borne illness, supervisor/co-employee disputes, and sexual abuse.

    In total, Ms. Yoshimoto has successfully represented clients at trial, arbitration and mediation.  Ms. Yoshimoto has previously taught Pretrial Litigation as Adjunct Faculty, University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law.

    Ms. Yoshimoto has been admitted and qualified to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii and all Hawaii State Courts.  Ms. Yoshimoto has been selected to serve as a mediator and arbitrator for private-party disputes and is an experienced arbitrator in with the State of Hawaii Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
