    Diana Y. Kim is a full-time mediator based in Honolulu. She is a graduate of Maui High School, and earned her BA in Psychology and Master in Public Health from the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. Diana earned her law degree from William S. Richardson School of Law, where she was selected as a James K. Hoenig Judicial Clerkship Scholar for the Promotion of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Family Law.

    Diana is a mediator with over fifteen years of experience across various sectors including higher education, non-profit organizations, health insurance, health care, and charitable foundations. As adjunct faculty at the University of Hawai`i, she teaches courses in human development, early childhood, and cross-cultural perspectives on marriage and relationships.

    Diana has completed the Mediation Center of the Pacific’s Basic Training, Ken Cloke’s Advanced Mediation Training, and earned an Advanced Mediation Certificate from the Edwards Mediation Academy.

    As founder of Wayfinder ADR, LLC, she is dedicated to promoting mediation and alternative dispute resolution to help individuals and families navigate conflicts and find solutions. In her free time, Diana volunteers at the Mediation Center of the Pacific, and cherishes her time with family, especially ocean adventures with her partner and three childr
