Chee & Markham

Kevin S.W. Chee is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a bachelor arts (Magna Cum Laude) in Psychology/Urban Studies. He received his law degree from the University of California Boalt Hall School of Law.

Mr. Chee is the managing partner of Chee & Markham, a law form which specializes in litigation and dispute resolution in the areas of tort, commercial, construction and business claims. Mr. Chee’s practice has emphasized personal injury involving motor vehicle, product liability, premise liability, and construction site accidents, as well as commercial and professional liability disputes involving buyers and sellers of real estate, Realtors, escrow agents, attorneys, and pest control operators.

Mr. Chee also maintains an active practice as a mediator and an arbitrator, having served on numerous arbitration panels involving commercial and real estate disputes, personal injury, and insurance matters. Mr. Chee served as mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Hawaii State Bar Association and the Court Annexed Arbitration Program.
