    Tim Luria is a partner of the law firm of Kleintop, Luria & Medeiros, LLP. He has been a member of the Hawai‘i Bar since 1981 and has practiced family law in Hawai‘i since 1982. Mr. Luria received his B.A. degree from Stanford University, his M.A. degree from the University of Virginia, and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He has been named in the Best Lawyers in America since 2007, and in 2011 was listed in “Hawaii Super Lawyers.” He has also been named by Honolulu Magazine as one of Hawai`i’s best lawyers, and his firm has been recognized in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

    Mr. Luria is also a former Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Hawai`i State Bar Association and has been a frequent speaker on various family law topics.

    Mr. Luria has served as an arbitrator for the State of Hawai‘i Court Annexed Arbitration Program since 1999, as a Volunteer Settlement Master for the Family Court of the First Circuit since that program’s inception, and he is a member of the Family Court Settlement Master Steering Committee. He has extensive experience in family law mediation, having represented numerous divorcing parties in mediation, and as a court-appointed Volunteer Settlement Master, he has facilitated settlements in over twenty cases.
