    Frank D. Rothschild, Esq. received a J.D. from Georgetown University, and is admitted to the Bar in Hawaii, California and the District of Columbia.

    Mr. Rothschild has practiced law for more than 20 years. His work history includes: Per Diem Judge of the Family and District Court, State of Hawaii, from 1994 to present; Arbitrator/Mediator; Expert Witness in Legal Malpractice Litigation; Educator/Lecturer at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy; Assistant District Attorney, Anchorage, Alaska; Associate, Perkins Cole; Assistant Public Defender, Juneau, Alaska; Partner, Bunyan & Rothschild; Law Clerk, U.S. Court of Claims.

    Mr. Rothschild’s experience includes specializing in government contract cases while clerking at the U.S. Court of Claims, and as a private practitioner in California, he litigated products, construction, general commercial, aircraft and real estate title cases. Since 1978, he has taught hundreds of basic and advanced trial training courses for large firms, insurance companies, government agencies, and through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy using case files including products liability, negligence, commercial disputes, defamation, discrimination and fraud. He has trained hundreds of Hawaii lawyers in similar courses dating back to 1980. As Per Diem Judge, he has heard small civil cases in District Court and domestic cases in Family Court.

    Since 1991, Mr. Rothschild has arbitrated numerous construction, insurance, real estate and personal injury cases.
